Basics about ISO 9001:2008 for Industry and Service Providers


This module familiarises the participants with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The commitment of the management, the requirements for the documentation as well as the required procedures within the quality management system following the standard are discussed in detail. Possible ways of structuring and building up such a system are shown by using forms and checklists.
